insight about attraction and manifestation

I am having an insight about the difference between the laws of

“attraction” and “manifestation.” that could be big.

I read an article recently (think I tossed the magazine) where the

writer said the ‘law of attraction’ can only attract “X” (something)

 to you but this is not enough to manifest it and bring it into reality.

He said, in order to manifest it, (x) we must have the
appropriate energy disposition in our nervous energy
systems.  It was implied but not stated specifically but I
took this to mean our Chakra energy bodies of which I was
told there are 7 seven.

I recently was talking to Dr Kruger who is the “inventor” or

originator of the Kruger Omni Healing system.  After more
than 30 years in the business, he is proficient and
accomplished in the chiropractic and various other energy
healing modalities.  He tells me his KOH system can clear
and heal energies that are not quite correct or in their right
state or place.

The insight I’m having is this, maybe people who don’t have

prosperity have energy blockages in their “root Chakra” body

area, for example,  or if people cannot manifest something

maybe they have a blockage in one or more of their energy
bodies.

It could be valuable to have Dr. Kruger's training and
knowledge to heal the particular or overall nervous energy
systems of our body. (.... or metaphysical energy bodies.)

I will ask him this question the next time I see him.  I would
be particularly interested if we could learn to clear individual
chakra bodies.  I wonder what it would feel like to have all of
our bodies healed and clear as they are meant to be?
