304,  Will you teach me how to improve in these areas

(Theta & Source mind)  I need improvement ?  if so what

is my most needed improvement?

p  Yes, this is occurring now,  We along with yourself are

learning and teaching this to you at various levels.  Teach

learning and learn teaching. You are doing this by yourself,

your whole self. Your intention held strongly to this end is a

necessary requirement.

Theta state

305,  When I journal and do Q&A with God, am I in the

Theta brain wave area?  Explain

p  Yes and there is much more to this journaling.  You are in

a special protected state.

306,  T/F  We are born in and with theta state brain wave

activity.  We know source as infants.

p  Yes.  Soul comes to you and with you and is integrated

within your body-mind-nervous system self.

307,  T/F  Theta / Source mind and subconscious

mind are basically the same aspect or state.  If not please

explain the difference.

p  This has been answered before.  Yes they are basically

close, nearly the same but there are differences too.  Source

mind is senior of course.  'Subconscious' is a part of your

whole mind.

or source mind.

p  Not exactly.  The Sacred Heart part of you is the

preeminent holistic and central part of your Spirit to Soul

identity, with intelligence that rides along with and is attached

to and belongs to and is in your Source mind.

309,  Can I and do I reach deep theta states of mind?

p  Yes.  This is an individual thing.  With practice it is

available to everyone.

310,  If I spend more time in the Theta state/ Source mind 

will this increase my personal power?

p  Yes, of course.

311,  T/F  Author says; you can consciously use source

mind, or theta and manifest  quickly,  even instantly.

p  This could be and would be possible for certain “clear”

individuals.  (Jersus comes to mind) Not everybody can or is

this ready to manifest instantly or quickly.  Sometimes it may

happen quickly but at other times you might not be so “lucky.” 

Intentional consistent practice is what will work dependably

over time.

312,  Am I able to engage theta/ source mind easily?  If

not explain what I need to do.

p  You as an individual have gotten to where you can reach

theta / Source Mind easily.

313,  T/F  I can lower my brain state to theta at will.

p  Yes (for some of the times)  you can lower your brain

state and be at theta brain waves.  You are practicing some

but it could be more regular and more definite and you would

be doing even better.  Sending love energy lazar-like can do

miracles. You had a recent experience that tickled you.

314,  T/F  Author says; thinking in the theta state

changes my DNA.  Explain.

p  True.  Ultimately you are trying to transform and purify

your entire body.  This will be done by the quality and quantity

of your good thoughts and good deeds.

p  True.  Mastery is a whole different subject.

using the law of attraction.

p  What you put into source mind will attract according to its’

kind.  Similar to the idea and words;  “Birds of a feather flock

together.”

p  Yes.

p  Yes.   This is the best correct way to improve and to

evolve into a better more loving person.  Along with fear,

include ignorance and doubt.  concentrate on de-linking from

these three, and your consciousness will rise and your life will

improve.  To put this in the positive form, focus on love and

becoming more loving.  Love will banish the negative forces.

319,  T/F  every time you concentrate on what you wish to

manifest and then go to theta it must manifest.  Always?

p  There are exceptions but yes, normally what you put into

source mind will manifest.  If a person is indecisive and flip-

flops in their mind a lot this will confuse and slow the process

from working directly straight away.

320,  How do I know that I can get easily into theta?  What

would prove it?

p  Your day today results, up to and including right now, show

you the accumulation  of your entire history of thinking.  If you

test for something particular or even dramatic and it occurs

you know you are in theta and source mind.  (at that time) 

(again) Sending love energy,  lazar-like can do miracles. You

had a recent positive experience that tickled you.

321,  When do I know I am in theta?

p  see above answer.  Also, when sensitive you can feel it. 

Get to look for and seek experience to know this feeling.

p  True.  There is a big difference when you command Vs.

if you just wish and or hope for it,  Commanding implies

definiteness, confidence and knowing.  This is the better and

correct way to go after something.  Be definite, be confident

and know you will achieve you goal (no matter the time it takes)

300,  Is source mind the same as subconscious mind or is

it closer to super-conscious Mind?  If different explain

what I need to know?

            p  WE  have answered this.  WE asked you to pass on

            super-conscious and Freud ‘s models of the mind.  God’s

            mind, Source mind is inside of you - yourself.  This is the

            idea you want to hold onto

Surrendered

301,  Am I surrendered in my ego to God sufficiently yet?

p  You are working on it, admirably and you have farther to

go.  Get your willing nature to intend to spend more time in

and at source mind and practice being there.  The obverse

of “use it or loose it” is “use it and it grows.”  (better)

Survival mind

302,  Explain “survival mind”  (reptilian?) or?

p  Yes,  The earliest iteration (working model) of brains were

survival oriented.  Here’s where ‘fight or flight’ comes into play. 

Mammalian brain development adds much and here’s where

cooperation comes into play.  The complete brain has all of

this and now more.  Excessive competition has gotten too

much favorable attention and exercise.  Cooperation and

common sense needs to come back into favor.

303,  T/F  As child, I had a survival strategy I called

‘hiding in the middle’ to become invisible.  Do I still do

this?  Explain why, if still doing this.

p  This served you at that time. (and many other times)  It

was and is one of your self-preservation mind tricks.  You

can choose to do what you wish to do.  Ask yourself if this

serves your purpose. (s)  If you wanted to turn  on “Charisma”

and extraverted self promotion, this would not work very well.

The “hero and star” types have large EGO’s  You are trying to

keep your ego in check.

Stuck

293,  Am I just stuck somewhere somehow.  Please

explain why,  if I’m stuck.

p   You are stuck because you are human and have the

normal amount of human problems.  This has all been

explained to you already.  You pre-agreed to have a

restriction (governor) set in and on your emotional nature,

which disallows your fullest participation in all things

emotional.  You have suppressed emotions but the one

command system will work when you go to work on it and

for it.

Success

294,  Why in my opinion, is my life success so

untenable, distant, uncertain?

p    You have already succeeded at a variety of things

such as, play, travel, learning, being good and close to

your partner,  Marjie and being close to God.  You are

successful in this journaling activity.  You know you are

successful when you have confidence in that particular

area. You are a success driver, for instance.  You are a

successful bicycle rider.  You do not think or worry about

things you are already successful at.  You can just do it

as you choose

p    Yes, there are many things you haven’t succeeded at. 

But it is not possible to be successful at everything in one

lifetime.  Success is some idea or something that you

hold as a paramount goal or ideal, and work toward it and

do not quit at, expecting to achieve it.  It is something that

starts as a mental idea and is not let go of until it is

manifested and becomes physical and actual.  If you

don’t feel successful, you need to get clear about which

area you do not feel confident.  Then you make a decision

and then act (massively) on that decision. 

  

295,  Can I have financial success, prosperity,

personal power and a debt free status?

p  Yes.  If this is something you truly want, make that

decision and then work toward it.  Using The One Command

process will help speed up the results.  Do remember, that

your "want-to" needs to be a strong desire.  If not, there may

not be enough power to bring it to you

296,  Am I allowed to be successful in this lifetime?”

p  Yes, just answered

297,  Why am I not more successful?  Is there any

reason or explanation that explains why I am not allowed

to be successful?

p  Already answered. Your covenant and your conditioning

in this life time and your experiences have you in the mind-set

that you do have.  The “missing ingredient” is only the thought

that you should have more and should be doing more.  Maybe

you should reexamine that thought. 

p Do not forget the strength of your desire and "want-to" is a

very powerful factor.

and expect to get it.

p  Yes, already asked and answered.

299,  T/F  Successful people are successful because

they have learned how to manage themselves.  In doing

this they have learned and discovered another way to think,

p  This is true.  Especially,  the self-management part.  When

your DNA, cellular structure and your mental state is clear and

Subconscious

285,  Can I change my subconscious programs?

p  Yes.  You can change these programs – as stated before-
by raising your consciousness to a higher level of awareness. 
You raise yourself by getting rid of the lower and or bottom
dragging negative energies that need rectifying.  Picture a
hot air balloon with weights being loosened and dropped of
the balloon and you rise up higher in the atmosphere.

286,  T/F  Author tells us Subconscious mind works as
if it’s a complex bio-computer that stores the feeling
components –like/ as if software data, for recall later.

p  True.   The entire personal history of a person  is held in
memory in this subconscious area.  Remember these
feelings, beliefs, thoughts, etc, are information laden
intelligent energies.

287,  Am I still being run by subconscious ideas of
hiding out, playing childish, weak and or small?

p  Yes.  But not nearly as much. Some of these childish
energies have been modified and are less bothersome but
some of this, is still there and works against your betterment
in subtle ways when you least expect it to be there.  Think of 
temptations and unnecessary distractions.

288,  T/F  now, today, at this beginning stage of 'one
command' practice, my subconscious mind does not
understand what I am asking it to do?

            p  Yes and no.  (you have been at this for a bit now) It will
            take some time and you doing the practice work, for you to
            get the full “hang” of this.  It need not be a long time.  Each
           person will approach this work individually and get that kind of
           individual result.

289,  T/F  Author says the beliefs that we have accepted
become our reality   And these accepted beliefs are
found in our subconscious mind.  They have been
programmed by us, into our DNA itself.

            p  Yes.  This has already been answered.  Remember
            “beliefs” are equivalent to ‘long held thoughts.’   DNA acts as
            a memory storage basin or repository.  When you truly
            change your “mind” (and behavior actions) you are affecting
            your brain and all cellular material. For one example:  
           (Ordinarily) Someone who has quit smoking can expect the
            nicotine to take some years to be purged out of the body,
           cells and DNA.

here into physicality to learn in this dimension, here in a

pSpirit itself does not need to come here for any reason

except it is in God’s good pleasure and choice to give life to

you and I, his individual expressions, his children.

283,  Do I understand Spirit yet?

p  No you do not.  There is still much for you to learn in this

area.

284,  What are the similarities or differences between

Spirit and soul?

p  Answered before.  Spirit is an integral part of the Trinity

of God.  Soul is the 'entirety of your individual expression,'

from higher self to your lower self.  Since Spirit is in

everything, you have Spirit in you as does everyone and

everything else.
