Earth

79,  T/F  the earth is our provider.  We are fueled and energized

 by the power of the magnetic forces of the earth.

p    Yes,  The Earth is your provider and source of all of your

resources.  With the Suns’ interaction, light is bringing life to Earth.

 Fire, Air, Earth and Water; the elements give you substance that

become alive with potential and possibilities.  Electricity and

magnetism are vital components that are in the mix.  There is more,

of course, but these are the basics for earthlings to live on earth. 

Remember there are many systems and these systems are within
other systems.

EFT

80,  Does the EFT technique help in the use of one command?
  Explain.

p    EFT comes from an entirely different strategy.  It could be
helpful if a person knew what EFT is all about but is unnecessary
for the One Command process.

EGO

81,  Can you explain “ego” structure in simple and basic terms?

p    Ego is a psychological term which has been given to mean
that part of a human being’s conscious mind that identifies with
their personality.  Freud, the famous psychologist reasoned and
said, there are three parts to a human mind structure; an ego, Id, 
and superego.  Ego functions to help you the person to survive and
be safe and secure.  You could say it corresponds to the reptilian
and mammalian parts of the brain structure.

82 , Will my ego identity resist change?  If so, how much? 
What can I do to assist the change? 

p     Yes the ego part will resist change if it thinks or feels the
change is not going to help the person (and ego) survive in the
physical-material and social environment.  Ego resists change,
especially rapid change.  Ego doesn’t understand  the spiritual side
of the equation and will usually resist the non-physical parts of
living life.  You can assist by reading and practicing the One
Command process

 83,  T/F  Let ego step aside and sit and watch.  Let higher
self lead you to victory.

p     True.  This is beyond beginning psychology.  This is in
the arena of the Religious and Spiritual.  To be attuned to
Higher Self is somewhat advanced.  A surrender of Ego is
required before one could let go and let God, or Higher Self
lead.  Ego will fight mightily against surrender and struggle to
maintain its' supremacy.

84,  T/F  I will have to retrain my ego, thoughts, feelings and
identity.

p    True.  This takes religious and or Spiritual training. 
There are good books (The One Command) as well that
could help in this process.  The One exception (retraining
your mind) that would be miraculous and or mystical would
be for God’s grace to be given to you freely.

 85,  T/F  This one command process & practice dissolves
my ego.    Saying, “I don’t know how,’ gets the ego out of the
way.

p      This is a part of the promise of One Command.   With
repeated practice and with successful satisfying experience the
Ego could and would, in effect surrender to the Higher Self (and so
to speak – dissolve)

86,   Do I want to transition from so-called normal ego
thinking to switch over to source mind thinking and being?

p     Yes, of course.

87,  T/F  Author advises, Stop your old pattern of thinking and
 float in the unknown, Theta state for awhile. 

p     Yes.  Again, with practice, - including the floating and with
theta thinking in the unknown is very good.
